Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated, boring, or restrictive! My mission is to support women in creating healthy, sustainable habits through evidence-based nutrition. I believe food should bring joy, not stress, and that you deserve to feel good in your body without guilt or restriction.
I’m Ayisha, a certified Nutrition and Health Coach with a Master’s in Public Health and Health Promotion. I take a holistic approach, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, movement, and sleep. My coaching is all about meeting you where you are and designing a plan that fits your life, your goals, and your needs, so you can become the happiest, healthiest version of you!
